Steps for a pleasant shopping experience at Le' Glass Slippers
- Click on an item to view product images and details.

- Select the size (if applicable) you wish to purchase, and click 'add to cart'. The item will then be added to your shopping cart.

- Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
- Click on your shopping cart once you are ready to checkout.

- If you would like to purchase more than 1 piece for the same item, you can change the quantity number and click 'Update'.

- Proceed to checkout your orders by clicking the 'Checkout' button.

- You will be directed to the Customer/ Guest Login page
If you already have an account with Le' Glass Slippers. Enter your email address and password to sign in.
Otherwise, click 'Continue as Guest'. You will be directed to the the order form page.
- Complete the form with your email, billing and shipping address. And click 'continue to next step'.

- Select shipping and payment method. Click on 'complete my purchase' to proceed with your payment.

- Kindly proceed to make payment. A unique Order ID # will be assigned to you.
- You will be given an option to create an account with Le' Glass Slippers. Click 'Yes, create my account'.

Enter your desired password and click 'Create my account'.

Your account will be activated once successful.

For all future purchases, you can login using your email address and password for hassle-free transactions.
- You'll receive a confirmation email from us once your payment’s been verified.
- Your items will be dispatched within the next 3 working days after payment has been verified unless otherwise notified.
I have a discount coupon. How do i use it for my order?
Upon checkout, make sure that you enter the discount coupon code into the appropriate box and hit apply to use the discount. If the discount code is not applied at this moment upon checkout, we are not able to revise your total amount manually or refund the balance to you. However, you may still use the discount coupon for your next purchase.
I have just ordered online. Can i amend or cancel it?
Once an order has been placed and paid for, the item(s) will be reserved for you and hence we are unable to modify the order items or cancel it.
The item I would like to purchase is sold out. What can I do?
You can be notified when the item is available again. Click on "NOTIFY ME ON RESTOCKS" button.
A pop-up form will appear. Fill up the form accordingly. Should there be any deadbuyers or restocks for the item, you'll be notified by the email you've provided.

What are the shipping methods available?
For local delivery, parcles handled by Singapore Post office are via either normal mail, registered mail or SmartPac. If you require the parcel to reach you within the same day or on a particular day, you may opt for courier service.
- Normal Mail
All prices stated in the website are inclusive of free normal postage fee. Normal parcel takes 2-3 working days. Parcel tracking is not available via normal mail hence we will not be held liable for any lost mail through normal postage.
- Registered Mail
If you want to ensure that your parcel reach fast and safely at your doorstep, do opt for registered parcel at a flat rate of $2.25 regardless the size of your order.
We strongly advise you to opt for registered mail with tracking capability.
- SmartPac (Next Day Door Delivery)
SmartPac assures next working day door-step delivery. It comes with proof of delivery with complete reliability. Enjoy free door service and comes in a packaged box, at a flat rate of $4.20.
If nobody is available to receive te package, the postman will deposit the parcel into the receipient's letterbox. If SmartPac can't fit into the letterbox, postman will issue delivery advice. Kindly refer to the delivery advice for further instructions on where to claim your parcel.
- Courier Service (Same Day or Any Designated Day Delivery)
Courier service provides same-day delivery to anywhere in Singapore except offshore Islands. Operating 365 days a year. Customers can designate the date of delivery. And may even designate the delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Enjoy same-day delivery at a flat rate of $6.00.
Time schedule for delivery:
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM, can be delivered from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the same day.
- Orders placed before 8:00 PM, can be delivered from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the next following day.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
At LGS, our dispatching service takes place from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders placed and paid will be mailed out within 3 working days excluding public holidays.
What are the payment methods available?
Here are the current 3 payment methods; please choose one that will help ease your transaction:
- Internet Banking
For local shoppers, we accept bank transfers via Internet Banking (POSB, DBS, UOB). Kindly note that Interbank Transfers* take 3 working days to be credited in our accounts. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful. - ATM Transfer
Alternatively, you may also pay via ATM Transfer within 24 hours upon checkout. Orders will be regarded as void if payment is not received within this time period.

In addition to the two above payment options, you can also make payment via your PayPal account. All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by us.

Our returns policy
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Exchanges can only be considered if merchandise is defective. For any exchanges, the mechandise must be returned in new condition,unused, unworn nor wash, with LGS tag intact. Exchanges are accepted within 21 days from receipt.
Defective Garment
LGS do not want our customers to receive garments inferior than its original quality so if you think that the item is faulty, please kindly fill up the "Return Form" and mail the item back to us together with the form. We will try out best to resolve any issue with faulty item as fast as we could once we received your returned parcel. LGS will deal with your return within 5 working days of receiving it. Should you have any other request, kindly contact us at ask.leglassslippers@gmail.com and we will assist you with the exchange.
In the event if defective merchandise is out-of-stock , Le' Glass Slippers is unable to process an exchange. Customer can choose to exchange for any item from available items or store credit. Item exchanged must be of same value or lower, you may also choose to top up for a higher value item.
Incorrect Item Received
We sincerely apologise for any mistake made in the packing. Should you receive an incorrect item, please kindly fill up the "Return Form" and mail the item back to us together with the form. We will mail out the correct item to you as fast as we could once we received your returned parcel.
